This position reports to the Chief Sales Officer in Noida, UP, India.

Customer Service

  • Preferred, experience in selling ISO Certification and Compliance Products/Services to enterprises in India.
  • Preferred, Understanding of Data Privacy laws of India.
  • Minimum 5 yrs of experience in sales.
  • Turn warm leads provided by the pre-sales staff into new client relationships
  • Maintain a high repeat business ratio among new and existing clients.

Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication in English Comfortable understanding and analysing quantitative and qualitative data Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.

Software Developer

Job Summary : We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team. Qualifications

Chief Compliance Officer

Job Summary : As the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's compliance program. Your primary goal will be to ensure that DPDP Consultants operates in a manner consistent with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will collaborate with various departments to establish and maintain effective compliance controls and work to foster a culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities

Policy Development and Implementation:
  • Develop and update compliance policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations and business operations.
  • Implement policies across the organisation and ensure widespread understanding and adherence.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential areas of compliance vulnerability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate compliance risks and enhance the overall compliance framework.
Training and Communication:
  • Design and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Foster a culture of compliance through effective communication and awareness campaigns.
Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Establish systems for ongoing monitoring and auditing to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports for executive leadership and the Board of Directors on the state of compliance within the organization.
Investigations and Remediation:
  • Oversee the investigation of compliance violations and develop corrective action plans.

Collaboration

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (12+ years) as a compliance officer or in a similar role within the Industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

Senior Functional / Implementation Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Consultant with over 4 years of expertise in implementation and functional analysis. Must have lead product implementation for various customers. The candidate must have a deep understanding of business processes and be able to translate client requirements into effective solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, configuring and implementing solutions, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Implementations:
  • Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document their business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops / Demos and meetings to define project scope and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Client and Product team.
  • Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Develop and deliver functional design specifications based on client requirements.
  • Configure and customize systems to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation processes, including data migration, system integration, and user training.
Project Management:
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and manage any issues or risks that arise.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Design and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets client requirements and quality standards.
  • Identify, document, and resolve any issues or defects during testing phases.
  • Support and Training:
  • Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Functional Consultant for a product or similar role, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in [specific software, platforms, or technologies relevant to the role, e.g., ERP systems, CRM solutions, etc.].
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time.
