Chief Compliance Officer
Job Summary : As the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's compliance program. Your primary goal will be to ensure that DPDP Consultants operates in a manner consistent with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will collaborate with various departments to establish and maintain effective compliance controls and work to foster a culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organisation.
Responsibilities
Policy Development and Implementation:- Develop and update compliance policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations and business operations.
- Implement policies across the organisation and ensure widespread understanding and adherence.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential areas of compliance vulnerability.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate compliance risks and enhance the overall compliance framework.
Training and Communication:
- Design and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Foster a culture of compliance through effective communication and awareness campaigns.
Monitoring and Reporting:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Consultant with over 4 years of expertise in implementation and functional analysis. Must have lead product implementation for various customers. The candidate must have a deep understanding of business processes and be able to translate client requirements into effective solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, configuring and implementing solutions, and providing ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Implementations:- Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document their business requirements.
- Conduct workshops / Demos and meetings to define project scope and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Client and Product team.
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Develop and deliver functional design specifications based on client requirements.
