Terms & Conditions for DPDP Act Foundation Course

By accessing or using any of the online platforms operated by DPDP Consultants including but not limited to our website, mobile applications, social media channels, or any other digital services provided by DPDP Consultants (collectively referred to as the “Platforms”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We encourage you to read these Terms of Use carefully, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, please refrain from using our Platforms.

Subject to these Terms of Use, DPDP Consultants grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and make personal, non-commercial use of its Platforms. These Terms of Use constitute an electronic contract between DPDP Consultants, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Privacyium Tech, GM IT Park, 4th Floor, Plot No. 32–33, Sector 142, Noida – 201305, Uttar Pradesh, and you, the user of the Platforms (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”).

DPDP Consultants reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at its sole discretion by posting the revised version on the Platforms. Your continued use of the Platforms following any such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Use periodically to stay informed of any updates.

1. Fees and Subscription Terms

  • DPDP Consultants reserves the right to introduce or revise fees for access to any part of its Platforms or services at its sole discretion. Currently, access to the DPDP Act Foundation Course is available upon payment of a one-time Enrollment Fee of ₹1599 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Nine only) exclusive of all taxes. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of course progress, completion, or user withdrawal.
  • By enrolling on the course, you agree to pay the Enrollment Fee as specified at the time of registration. No additional charges are applicable during the subscription period, unless there is a change in applicable taxes as per prevailing laws.
  • Payment of the Enrollment Fee can be made through the payment methods listed on our Platforms. Please note that payment alone does not confirm your enrollment. DPDP Consultants reserves the right to decline or cancel any enrollment request at its discretion, without assigning any reason. In such cases, the Enrollment Fee will be refunded in full, without any interest.
  • DPDP Consultants also reserves the right to revise the fee structure or payment terms at any time. Any such changes will be communicated clearly on the Platforms.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • To access the DPDP Act Foundation Course, you may be required to create an account as part of the registration process. During this process, you will be asked to provide certain information and create login credentials by setting a password and supplying a valid email address, or by linking to
  • an existing third-party account (such as Google or Facebook).
  • By registering, you warrant that all information provided by you is true, accurate, current, and complete. You also agree to promptly update any changes to this information to ensure its continued accuracy.
  • Unless explicitly permitted by DPDP Consultants, each registration is intended for individual use only. Sharing your login credentials or account access with others is strictly prohibited. Doing so may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, without any refund of the non-refundable Enrollment Fee.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must not use another person's login credentials without proper authorization. Any unauthorized access, suspected breach, or misuse of your account must be reported to DPDP Consultants immediately.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

    All content made available through the Platforms of DPDP Consultants including, but not limited to:

  1. our trademarks, service marks, logos, brand names, trade names, and other distinctive identifiers;
  2. information, text, data, course materials, documents, presentations, downloadable resources, videos, images, graphics, software, tools, and other multimedia content; and
  3. the overall design, layout, user interface, structure, coordination, and arrangement of the aforementioned content (collectively referred to as the “Content”) is the exclusive property of DPDP Consultants or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws.
    You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes in connection with the DPDP Act Foundation Course.

    You shall not, under any circumstances:

  • Reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, republish, post, transmit, sell, distribute, perform, display (including via framing or inline linking), or otherwise exploit the Content in any form.
  • Use the Content for commercial gain, training others, or creating derivative works.
  • Share, transfer, or sublicense your access to the Content with others.
  • Where certain Content consists of publicly available material (such as laws, rules, or regulations), you may download and retain copies strictly for personal reference, provided all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact.
  • Unauthorized use of the Content may result in suspension or termination of your access without a refund and may also lead to legal action under applicable law.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

    By accessing and using the Platforms of DPDP Consultants, you expressly agree to use them in a lawful and responsible manner. You warrant and undertake that you shall not:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, or central laws or regulations while using the Platforms.
  • Provide incomplete, inaccurate, false, or unauthorized information during registration or at any point of interaction with the Platforms.
  • Impersonate any individual or entity, whether real or fictitious.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the experience of other users or the normal functioning of the Platforms.
  • Use the Platforms to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, libelous, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Upload, post, or share any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of any third party.
  • Use the Platforms for advertising, promotional purposes, or to transmit unsolicited communications, including spam, bulk emails, or messages, unless explicitly permitted by DPDP Consultants.
  • Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content or files that contain viruses, malicious code, or any other software or programs designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.

Any violation of the above terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Course, without any refund, and may also lead to legal consequences under applicable laws.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • The DPDP Act Foundation Course and all related content made available on the Platforms of DPDP Consultants are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for informational and educational purposes only. The content does not constitute legal or professional advice and should not be relied upon for making decisions of any kind.
  • DPDP Consultants does not represent or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any opinion, advice, statement, or other information made available on the Platforms. You acknowledge and agree that any reliance you place on such content is at your own risk.
  • The Platforms may contain links to external websites, resources, or third-party content ("Third-Party Content"). DPDP Consultants do not control, endorse, sponsor, or assume responsibility for any such Third-Party Content. We are not liable for the accuracy, legality, or content of any material submitted by users or accessible through external links.
  • DPDP Consultants makes no express or implied warranties regarding the quality, availability, accuracy, or suitability of the course content or the overall user experience.
  • DPDP Consultants will offer up to 100 internship opportunities to professionals enrolled in the course. These internships will be provided based on the discretion and availability of the DPDP Consultants. There is no fixed time for the commencement or duration of the internships. Selection criteria and timelines will be determined independently by DPDP Consultants and may vary accordingly.
  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

  • The Platforms or course materials will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches.
  • The course content will be up-to-date, accurate, or meet your expectations.
  • Any issues with access or course delivery will be resolved without delay.
  • All warranties, whether express or implied, but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service are hereby disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • DPDP Consultants reserves the right to update, modify, remove, or discontinue any part of the course or its content at any time without prior notice.

6. Communication and Privacy

  • From time to time, DPDP Consultants may send you updates, course-related information, and promotional offers regarding our products and services, including the DPDP Act Foundation Course.
  • For details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.
  • By using our Platform and submitting your personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number, you consent to our collection and use of this data for the purposes of registration, communication, and service delivery.
  • You also expressly agree that DPDP Consultants may contact you via phone call, SMS, email, or WhatsApp to provide course updates, reminders, support, or promotional information.
  • Please note that DPDP Consultants reserves the right to disclose personal information provided by you if required under applicable laws, or in compliance with any judicial, regulatory, governmental, or administrative request.
  • We maintain a record of all electronic communications you send us to ensure appropriate follow-up and customer service.

7. Termination of Access

DPDP Consultants reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the DPDP Act Foundation Course or any part of its Platforms at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Use.

Such termination may occur without prior notice, and in such cases, you shall not be entitled to any refund

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to any conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, such dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended or replaced from time to time.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator, appointed by DPDP Consultants. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties and shall be enforceable in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Miscellaneous

  • The failure of DPDP Consultants to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use or to act upon any breach by you shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to enforce such provisions later, nor shall it limit its rights in connection with similar breaches.
  • Nothing contained in these Terms of Use shall be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and DPDP Consultants.
  • If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, arbitrator, or applicable government regulation, such provision shall be deemed severable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • DPDP Consultants shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or inability to access the Platform or the DPDP Act Foundation Course, regardless of the cause.
  • We make no representation that the content or services offered through our Platforms are appropriate or available for use in locations outside India. If you access or use the Platform from outside India, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
