Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Termination

• No refunds or credits for subscription charges or other fees will be provided under any circumstances, including if you choose to terminate your subscription or cancel your account before the end of the current subscription term.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the services (or any part thereof), your account, or your and/or your agents’ or end users’ access to and use of the services. We may also remove, disable, or discard any service data if you or your end users have violated this agreement.
• Either party may terminate this agreement for cause with thirty (30) calendar days written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach, provided that the breach remains uncured at the end of the notice period. Termination may also occur if the other party becomes subject to bankruptcy or any other proceedings related to insolvency, receivership, liquidation, or assignment for the benefit of creditors.
• Upon your request within thirty (30) calendar days after the effective termination or expiration of this agreement, we will make service data available for export or download as outlined in the documentation. After this 30-day period, we will have no further obligation to maintain or provide any service data and may delete or destroy all copies, unless prohibited by law.
• PRIVACYIUM reserves the right to terminate your account immediately in the event of a breach of these terms of service.
